What We Offer
Digital Candles
Light a beautiful animated candle online that burns for 1-7 days. Choose to share it publicly or keep it private. Completely free of charge.
Real Candles
We'll light an actual Yahrzeit candle on your behalf on the date you specify. You'll receive a video of your candle being lit as proof. Schedule at least one day in advance.
The Yahrzeit Tradition
In Jewish tradition, Yahrzeit marks the anniversary of a loved one's passing according to the Hebrew calendar. Lighting a candle that burns for 24 hours symbolizes the eternal nature of the soul and keeps the memory of the departed alive in our hearts and homes.
This observance is a time for reflection, prayer, and remembrance. Many also recite the Mourner's Kaddish during this period, which you can find on our Prayers page.
